It runs like any other shop but with the advantages of an on-site restaurant; being open 9am-10pm daily; having a great tasting set up (see ‘Shop Tastings’ page).

We are able to offer both everyday drinking and some of the world’s rarest wines which are often made in tiny quantities and only sold to restaurants. Unlike normal merchants, we cellar our fine wines until ready to drink. This website also lists some of the many wines we have bought in advance, which we will list in the restaurant when mature. The restaurant at the Old Bridge has twice won the AA award for best UK wine list.
