When we add producers into our list, we are looking for: grape, the region, winemaker, drinkability, pureness, intensity, length and other criteria. “Would we pay that much for this particular wine ourselves?” is a question that our buyers ask about the wines of every winemaker we consider taking on. If the answer is yes, we’ll add them to our product list.
