We are a group of friends united by a strong passion for promoting Georgian Wine, which we thoughtfully curate from local winemakers. We personally know each winemaker whose wines we offer.

Our vision entails crafting a wine collection sourced from lesser-known winemaking countries.  Roughly 80% of our selection originates from Georgia, while the remaining portion represents countries such as Japan, Lebanon, and Ukraine.

80-20 Cellars is not merely a shop; it’s a gathering spot and a central hub for our community.  Within our establishment, there’s a dedicated corner for chess enthusiasts. This allows you to savour a glass of exquisite wine while engaging in a game of chess.  Many of our customers affectionately refer to our place as a “wine bar with chess.”

Our doors open at 8 am, providing what’s likely the finest coffee in Shoreditch. Our skilled barista hails from Ukraine and conjures pure magic with each cup.

Our staff comprises individuals from Ukraine. We’ve consciously chosen to provide opportunities to young Ukrainians as a way of offering support.

Every Sunday, we generously offer our space, aptly named “Under the Tree,” to local small businesses and producers, affording them a platform to showcase their creations.

We’ve proudly partnered with the remarkable initiative “TreeApp.” With every purchase of a bottle of Natural/Organic wine bearing the green “TreeApp” sticker, 10p is directed towards this great fund, aiding in tree planting.

Our space serves as a nexus for likeminded and openhearted individuals. A visit could be as simple as grabbing a pint of milk and end with the resolve to embark on a journey to Georgia.”
