On Wednesday 8th December we are hosting a tasting of Georgian wine at China Exchange in Soho, London. The tasting runs from 5:30pm to 8:30pm and is open to all who would like to buy a ticket.
Wines available for sampling include natural wines from Qvevri, in both Amber and Red styles, and a range of dry whites and reds from across Georgia.
We are delighted to be collaborating with specialist Georgian wine merchants who will pour their wines for this tasting. You will also be able to buy wines to take home on the night, or place orders for home delivery.
The availability of Georgian wine in the UK has boomed, and these dedicated importers have played a huge part in that. Importers who will be there showing their wines include Taste of Georgia, GinVino, Gardabani Wines, Georgian Wine Society, Regibus, Vitlen Wines, Geo Naturals and Okros Drinks.
We’ve have had a lot of requests from wine consumers asking for an opportunity to sample and learn more about Georgian wine, so here it is!
Places are limited, as we have decided to run the event, in the spacious Prudential Room, at half-capacity to allow for plenty of space and ventilation.
The Prudential Room is on the third floor and is accessible by stairs or small lift. Please contact us if you would like to attend and need to check the accessibility of the room.
Tickets must be booked in advance via this link.
Over 18s only please. Please be flattered if we ask to see your ID on the night!
If you are a member of the wine trade or wine media and would like to attend this tasting, please email [email protected].
